I somehow managed to get 2 out of 5 for the quick award: but i have no clue how to get to 5 out of 5. anyone some advice?

You get this when you 'execute immediately' on a facility upgrade

now know that you also get it for everything for which you use "execute immediately" (such as "demolish", "build", etc.)
