How to get sun only award?
I've built 3 solar plants and got rid of all the windmills and generators and i still didn't get it.

i even tried building more windmills and generators, then destroying them again. still nothing. i sure would love the $200,000!

I think they mean the noise of vanes (the boats guys!) try to lose the noise from the boats that is repeating evry time!
