How do i level up faster with a little bit of money?

I want to level up i'm on eleven i need advice on how would it be faster and i don't have much money.!

You need to be patient. and collect $ often which will give you xp's. when you do have more $ upgrade and by upgrading your buildings you will receive many xp's. also make sure you have built lots of cafes, they give the best result of $ & xp's.
