Over half my buildings are gone!!!!
I lost over half of my buildings! my money & piastre counts didn't change but most of my structures are just gone. my storage was empty & still is empty. even plants & monuments are all gone!! i never use cheats or try to trick the game so i am baffled. what could've happened? and how can i get my multi millions of dollars worth of structures back???

This just happened to me too! i'm so pissed! i don't cheat, i worked hard and lost half of my stuff and most of the big items! buildings i can't get back! this sucks! where is customer representatives when you need them?! did they ever come back for you?

I had the same thing happen!! every item that cost piastries to build is gone but my staff and power cinsumption didnt change. i sent an email to the devs..... no response

I, too experienced this. i then started over and it happened (in a smaller way) the next time i visited a friend. so i started a third time!!!

I updated the game after losing half my buildings for the second time. i got a pop up from devs which stated the glitch had been fixed!! it restored my island to where it was last backedup. i was compensated with extra piastra's & money bonus. has been working fine since.

I lost all my structures. my playable erea became smaller but my money etc. is still intact. it just happened after an update!

Some of mine are gone too and it was one that was a limited time only and now its just gone. :(

Upgrade to the next version. a screen will popup when you start the game apologizing for the buy and asking do want to restore from the last backup. click yes. you will loose a day or two of activity but will receive an additional $1m and 100 piastres as compensation.

Same here, all buildings are gone. when is the next update? ore what can i do to get them back, i will not start over, if that should be the case, i will delete the game. :-)

This has never happened to me before but the sidewalk to all of my houses are gone.
