Paradise island buildings
I have land available but won't let me build anymore roads or buildings why???

You should be able to build road sections any time. to build buildings, you have to have enough power units, employees, and experience points. add energy utilities or improve existing to get more power and experience points. collect rent, do repairs, demolish stuff, level stuff up to get experience. improve the admin building for more employees and experience.
