Can't collect past $10.5 million

If i get to $10.5 mil in $, when i collect it takes the money away from my total....is this a glitch or did i do something in the game?

I have that problem too the money on the screen isn't the correct total if u go into rewards, the second reward should show you how much money you have actually got
