I'm trying to upgrade a level 4 muscle man and level 4 comp hacker and idk how much it is so can someone comment below how much it would cost. thanks

You can only upgrade people to level 4. after that you buy 13th dorm which is 10m and buy 16m crew. scifi buff and wrestler
