When i go on the featured villages they are bigger and there's a seaside how do i get that?

On the build menu you see a smurf berry you click on that and costed 25 smurf berries. Thats how you get it

If u don't have or want to use sberries, u can buy a bridge when u are @ level 16. the bridge takes about five days to be ready for u to cross over to the beach side.
