Customers stuck at door, decreasing heart level
The customers are stuck at the door, literally. The door opens and the customer appears, but cannot come in. It counts each customer as unhappy customer (since they didnt get to eat) and it decreases my popularity level. It was 100 half an hour ago and now its down to 20's. Ive tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but same thing goes on. I dont know what to do. Help!!

If your "host table" or "register" is near the door try moving it as far away from the door as possible.. and if that doesnt work try getting two doors so that way you can store that other door and move it. Maybe that will work? Also, if you don't want to buy another door you can try to block the door with an item.. for a while and unblock it .. Is there any thing 1 square in front of the door? That might cause the heart decreasation or it may be because they cannot reach the chairs & tables somehow...

Is there any thing blocking the cash register because that happened to me I accidentally blocked it and my heart level was decreasing, if not then is the thing blocking the door 1 square in front of the door if it is you need to move it 1 square back to the door so it's squished against the door. Hope I helped :)
