Goal items locked

I am working on a goal right now... and 2 of the items it says I need to have in my bakery are locked... how do I obtain these?

U have to complete the other goal...the flambe train one...to unlock one of the items. Then you'll get a new goal and u have to complete that one to get the other item. That is, if you're talking about the trumpet player and drum guy in the kick it off goal :)
