Steel mill 05 - can anyone tell me the solution?

The screenshot on this site is pretty clear, but doesn't work. the ball stays in the cup, so all that happens is the box gets pushed to the left facing button, turning the 'piston' off. if you've tried it you'll know what i mean... anyone beat this level yet?

The box pushes the other ball off, the little platform is used to guide it into the cup
