Use the turbo, box8, harpoon, and the mini or other machine gun, with the mini if you tap the zombies a bit without holding you will conserve ammo by only shooting one bullet at a time, with the super reds, bash them into an abstacle and then harpoon there ass or simply box them and drive aggressively, this can be problematic if you are having a hard time avoiding the debris or vice versa, shouldn't take any time with either of these methods

Use mini gun, harpoon, and the bdx thing. drive with the beast (get 5 silver or the truck). just be aware of bumping into the cars. i got 2.90 miles silver

I used the beast, the bdx pistol and assault gun versions, and the harpoon. when a green jumps on my car, i scrape them off with debris. if there's no debris, i'll give them one dart and let them dissolve. when things get hairy later on, i'll smack the reds with debris and use harpoons to peel them off quick. remember, if the car starts to tip, turn hard in the direction you're about to flip. it'll get all 4 tires back on the ground. and on swamped, i made it 6.9 miles...

To go father ride in the middle of the road on the line. This makes it easier to avoid cars in the road. When double stacks of cars come, go off the side of the road to miss because turning multiple times can be done but difficult. This is especially true when zombies are on board the vehicle. Also, smaller zombies can be knocked off by side swapping cars on the road. This will save ammo.

Try using the ammo box, harpoon, and the box 8. Use the debris to knock off the greens and use the box 8 mainly for the reds when you get a super red use the harpoon after you run it into the debris I made it to 3.99 before hitting debris in the middle of the road.

Use these guns flame thrower mini gun and ammo box if you don't have the flame thrower get it now if your trying to get the gold medal. I just need one more gold medal to get the gold gun I just updated zombie highway a couple days ago.

I use the Beast or the General. The Beast is almost too fast. Ammo box, Box 8 and Harpoon. Box 8 gives you 84 rounds which allows you to hit everyone and give the big red guys 2 or 3 shots. 3.59 is my current max but I've noticed of you leave the fat green guy alone he just hangs there. He will eventually get rubbed off but he is soon replaced. So basically while he is there you only have to concentrate on the other 3.

GUARANTEED WAY TO GET GOLD ON SWAMPED. I tried Swamped about 30 times and could never get past about 3.5 miles. Every vehicle and gun combo but nothing worked. Finally I decided I needed the flamethrower. Go to Infinite Ice and pull out the Minigun - blow away 300 Ice Zombies and earn the flamethrower (It doesn't take long if you keep the minigun on continuous fire). Go back to Swamped pick: The General, Ammo Box, Flamethrower, and Minigun. I got 5.2 miles on my 4th attempt and I only used the Flamethrower.

If you harpoon with ammo box, stay in the middle and don't watch the road or zombies, watch the horizon there is a preview of what cars are coming, if you see anything block the middle on the horizon, you're ready to dodge accordingly.
