How is it that some people have more than one city???

You have to build an academy, buy scholarships, recruit scholars then attack other players with berserkers and guardians, and send in your scholars (one at a time) to lower a cities loyalty to zero - its then yours. Best thing to do is join a big guild with lots of active players who can help you learn, advance and takeover the world ;)
