How to Cancel Attack
How do you cancel an attack after the troops have already been sent?

Depending on your world, you can cancel an attack for a certain amount of minutes after you send it. You can find the "Command Cancel Time" by going to Portal>Worlds>Info at the bottom of the screen. For example, in World 62 command cancel time is 15 minutes, so I have 15 minutes to change my mind and call my troops back. After that you cannot call them back.
Oh, and if you want to call them back AND you are within the command cancel time, go to your city, then rally point, and click on the little "x" next to your attack.
