Question & Answers
Dead guild member
How can a crown bring back the player with Zero Points? I mean I can see that points are Zero but when I click on member I can see Cities got good points. So can we claim those cities? If yes, please advice how?
Answer from: ghunter
Yes points are zero at first but it got bigger when you attack other players or you are being attacked.. when you see 0 points but when you click the city and it has points then its a bug
Answer from: DimonT
There is no bug in this. The member is dead and to bring him back to the guild, he must start over in the same world. Only then his points will grow up at that particular guild. The points you see in all of his previous cities belong to the players that have taken them.

The Player has become "Zero". This is due to inactivity. Although the length of inactivity will vary slightly, it is approx. 30 consecutive days. Once the player Zero's you can no longer access a scrollable list of the cities possessed by the player. It is strongly suggested that each player in your guild should keep a list of ALL the cities they possess. This task seems like overkill, but only until a player becomes inactive and you are trying to remember where those cities are located. The Zero cities will briefly remain under the visual only protection of your guild, you should make a guild wide combined effort to take these cities (the ones worth takeing) asap because other guilds will soon catch on that the player has Zero and will take the cities for you. DO NOT think that a zero next to a players name means their cities have been lost. Keeping a daily check in log can prevent any supprise Zero's.
