What market level do we need to start trading? and how do you trade?

Every level your market is how many 1000s of recourses you can send ie. Lv.1=1000 resource limit and Lv.=2000 max resource limit. You can trade at any level but the rule still applys. Just go to Market->Your offers->Create New Offers.
