How do you know the answer for number three? Because I can't find the answer what is the answer if the hand shows 1 2 3 4 or 5

Each level doesn't have it's own secret. It is the secret you need. In the first one it was the last hand they put up, in the second it was the second to last hand put up, so in the third it must be the third last hand they put up.
