Obviously you can have 2 podiums, but how do you get a second server for the podium?

You cant do that its impossible

You can always purchase items that look like servers (i.e 50's Chef, Rabbit Waiter or Team Lava girl) and place them behind the second podium to make it look like you have another server ;)
