How do you build the Monster and Witch Stove? I clicked to buy it and it says I have to build it first but it put it in my restaurant anyway, but i cant do any actions with it

You need to request nozzles and magic bricks and magic wood from neighbors, each appliance requires 10 nozzles and 18 of either the bricks or wood.
