Evolution of espers
Can espers evolve?

I don't believe they do. i've heard rumors about being able to use espers to lure other, more powerful espers out. but i haven't seen it happen yet.

No, i leveled mine up to level to level 100 (no evolving).

They don't evolve in the sense that we are used to in similar games like pokemon. you can level them up all you want, but if you want to change the appearance, you have to buy "personas" which require tokens.

No they dont evolve but for tokens you can make them change color and other stuff. The max level is 50. But sometimes they evolve because the studio decides to make an evolution (like ROC) for a special event

No, they don't. I leveled 13 different espers Up to level 100 and they didn't do anything. Iokua90 is right though, if you want there appearance To change you have to by personas.
