Having trouble with level 18

This level has me stumped where do o place the two moving blocks, what do I do to knock down the plank, ect, ect. HELP

Think of each of the outer platforms of the tall wall as a seesaw. Move one block to each one so that it sits at the back part of the ramp. This will lift up the left corner and the right corner of the tall backboard. One this is done, you will be able to access the tube!
