The first thing i do is set up a hub in London. its in the middle of all the cities and lots of local high demand flights. i always come up with a challenge on how to create my airline. i came up with only having the 787 family in my fleet. so i order the cheapest planes in the family and then turned to the planes i already have. i fly i start flying to dubai with my 737 and to kuwait with my a318 or whatever. i use the CRJ-700 to fly to either paris or southampton. that should get you kicked off. you will lose in value about a hundred bucks a turn but your money will boost into the thousands 2 or three turns. one thing i do is if there is 100% capacity in a class on a route is i raise the price about 20 bucks a turn. youll make a ton of dough.

I have a few tips
1.Buy an airline if you have enough money. They often produce more than 10,000K Per term
2.KeeP your fleet organised.set a few aircraft that you'll use and don't use others it keeps your planes more organised
3.set staff hire to its lowest except technichian and set investment to lowest on everything as well
Slowly increase the investment as your empire begins to grow
Hope this makes you play better, Thanks
Sorry but I have one last tip
Set the Ticket prices to its highest on all routes and fly as many times as possible every week

What I would do is probably open a hub in a weird place. Most of the time, I do Istanbul
1. Start flying to nearby cities.
2. Buy a Long Haul Plane (Either an a330-300, 787-9, or a 777-300er, IK these planes are huge, but your capacity will fill up quickly)
3. Open a route to One of the big cities(Shanghai, London, Mumbai, Sao Paulo, or TOkyo. These guys are the jackpot areas)
4. Raise First Class al the way, Economy at the middle, and business in the middle (creates staircase)

I usually need about 5-7 years to buy all 12 companies in the hardest mode.
Set investment (especially marketing) on full. Employees exempt crew and technicians as low as possible.
Start with london. Long Hoal with A319 or A321. Prices as low as possible. Make routes from UK to UK. They make money.
Only LEASE planes from types A318-A321 and A330 or 787-Family.
