How do you get 3 stars on arctic 2 level 8 with a regular bike?

Let off the gas going down the first long hill to make the bike catch the bottom edge of the broken line. Drop down from there and give full gas thru half pipe. This move alone will take 3 to 4 seconds off your time. Drop thru first hole on the next downhill and ease over the hump between the 2 half pipes. Give full gas to jump to last obstacle and you're finished.
