I keep getting stuck between the two circle things on dunes level 8. Any advice?

Go fast and stay on your back wheel

When you go downhill to the two circular bumps, do a wheelie with your back wheel and make sure the front wheel does not hit the first bump. This will launch you past the second bump, and then you can finish the level. Similiar to Zack's reply, but a bit more in-depth.
