Answer from: BiA2 pro
You can go to the free medals button in the store and get medals that way. I got the m1919,mc stane,mg 1941j, and shotgun just from clicking the free medals button. It will take FOREVER to get that many medals though.

Personally I just saved the medals until I had 70 and bought the 230 for $20. By this point, I knew I liked and would keep playing the game so decided I could spend just 20 bucks to have the best gun. I say best since the Devestater 1200 medal price is ridiculous and they practically want you to spend $100 to get the medal value for it, but that is definitely not worth it for a phone app. 20 though for a game I play all the time as just a one time thing? Sure. I would never waste money on medals for any other thing and certainly not dogtags. So that is my only recommendation. Usually some advertisement gives you a medal in the game each time you play through three campaign levels. So I would just pick an easy and quick one to keep playing until you have enough medals. The Browning is really the best gun as the stupid grenade launcher can be cheaply used much easier with players just popping them at corners until they reach the next one, as if that demonstrates any skill. Of course the minigun give you an advantage too but not an easy pass to instant death of everyone like that dumb launcher does. Every wonder why every SINGLE person in the Leaderboard has that as their favorite weapon? Certainly not because they achieved anything.
