Im not sure which gun is the best gun i dont know what to spend my dogtags/medals on

The best gun I would suggest is the grenade launcher. It is devistating in multiplayer so a pretty good choice

Singleplayer:
The best guns I feel are the M1918 and M30 Schmeizer. If you have medals, then the MC2 Stane is a great choice too, very similiar to the Schneizer just a tad bit better. Do not use the M1A9 bazooka or the M7 grenade launcher as regularly used weapons for the campaign (unless needed so) because the ammo is expensive. Plus the Schneizer and the M1918 can kill in 1-2 shots. Also do not use the Thompson for singleplayer due to its fast rate of ammo usage, which will lead to a rapid decrease in dogtags. The shotgun is also terrible for the campaign due to the slow rate of fire.
Multiplayer:
The most devastating gun to use in multiplayer is the grenade launcher. The bazooka is also satisfactory, but the ammo is even more expensive, and the rockets have to take time traveling to their targets. This time, the shotgun is proven deadly and can kill enemies in 1-3 shots, depending on the aim and the health of the enemies. However, use it for Sicily, not Bridge (shorter range). The Schneizer and the MC2 Stane are also very good, because of their rather good range, but they take a while to kill enemies. They are no match to the grenade launcher. This time, the Thompson is actually decent, with its fast rate of fire, which can kill enemies in 2-4 seconds, depending on he range, aim, etc. The M1918 is actually terrible for multiplayer because the rate of fire is pretty slow compared with the other machine guns, consuming a lot of time to kill people. For Bridge only, a really good gun to use is the SNP Dragon, only if you can afford it. This sniper weapon can kill enemies in only one shot, every time.
This advice is only for people who don't buy a surplus of medals. To earn medals, there is a free medal option on the bottom right of the shop page which only sometimes shows up. In reality, the best guns are the Browning machine gun, Devastator, etc., but they require too many medals.

If you only want weapons that cost dogtags, the M30 Schmeizer is a good option. Also, if you want some dogtags, I go to burning bunker where you don't need to use ammo and is easy

The best guns in single player are the schmeizer and m1918 because they both kill in 1/2 shots. But the m1918 has really annoying recoil and ironsight. The best gun in multiplayer is by far the grenade launcher because of effectiveness. If you know how to use it and keep moving you'll be hard to kill.

Buy m30 scheimiezer (or whatever its called) to 1 hit people. Flamethrower is. umm. good also but effective only in short range but ammo is unli.m31 devastitator is.i dunno i havent got it yet xD grenade launcher for.multiplayer
