How can i kill him ? he kills me everytime with 40% hp rest

Its difficult i know but when he use this dragon attack try to run away and than attack him

Buy 100 hp pots as well as 100 mp pots. His dragon starts from left to right 4 times. It occurs only when there is a black summoning like circle around his feet. Not to mention the ice and fire attacks btw defeated him at level 62.
