Inferno stages where to go. dead end. help?

I already inside inferno but's it's dead end no where to go. there's blocking way in fire of soul 3. A door cannot open in flame if hell 2. then on flame 3 it said cannot procced anyfurther. If go upstairs at flame of hell 5 it's a blocking door too.. where' to go?? help plss..
