Level 23 enigma for iphone
I'm on level 23. it's a blank page. any hints welcome please

Just move around the screen until you find the "next level" button.

Look for the two dots on the edge of the screen

Look at the two dots on the bottom and right side and scroll until the dots are in the middle then you'll find the next level button

I found the Next Level button when I moved so that the vertical scroll bar was less than one full length (of the gray scroll indicator) from the top and the horizontal one was about a length and a half from the left. Given the other answers I've seen, I suspect the location of the Next Level button is random.

There are 2 small grey dits on the horizontal and vertical sides. place the scrolls so the dots are in the middle
