Still can't solve level 11

I have scrolled to the right. see gray bars at right and bottom but no next level button

Saying "Follow the arrows" is not helpful - start with the arrow that points right (the first one) and keep brushing the screen to move the arrow to the left; at some point you'll find another arrow that points upwards, which means you scroll the screen to move the arrow downwards, and etc. That is what "follow the arrows" means. Use the grey bars at right and bottom to keep track of where you are in the screen world, or shake to reset if you get lost.
