How to be a diamond thief?

How do you steal fish... It says you can steal the diamond fish or get it through the daily bonus but I havent been lucky and every time I visit other people and try to click on it the application closes. Any ideas how it actually works? I just want it for the achievement to have the fish in your tanks

With the new upgrade I almost got one but someone beat me to it. When you find one in someone's tank you are supposed to be able to click on it.
