What am I doing wrong

I have another player farming me while I'm disarmed. So I arm up and I still get splattered. I check to see what the other player uses after I lose and my vehicle and weapon score are higher. I don't understand. I should be winning. Help.

The other player has either higher attack or defence attribute points and or more points in useful tactics - boost, suppress, amplify (depending on your/their level)

Focus your attributes to suppress and boost the rest are useless
