Level 6 answer wrong but credit given no points

I have one more question to answer on level 6 and I answered it, but it was wrong - the game said it was right but gave me no points. A red x is on the box with all the logos. The place where you type in the answer will not allow me to change to the correct answer. What do I do. I also have one like this in level 7.
