Special event boxes

I play on my android phone and i have never seen a special event crate even though i am at level 43. Can anyone tell me what i am missing or doing wrong?

Got two at level 38. The 4 days events where you get certaim boxes and have to open every hour. Collection is automatic and opening manualy by spend de medium chance choice. Look left side of screen..And read start windows at MW. Cheers
