I see these amazing units every so often such as a monster hunter helicopter (atk: 88 def: 64) and indestructible. Also same with heavy guardian (atk:45 def: 108) anyone able to tell me how to get?? Im lv 30 and 8 alliance with pretty good items

You need to buy gold bars. Every once in awhile you can get a good vehicle with the free scratcher. As you increase the level of your bases the better weapons you can buy.
