Why dont i have the faction icon in my menu? I downloaded this game a few weeks ago

I didn't have it also until this past weekend. I went to the Apple App store and saw that the MW game app had an upgrade available for download. I installed it and a whole new option was available in the menu, for Factions. There is also an update to the Help Menu, telling you all about playing with/in Factions. I really should update my Apps more often.
