The basement opens up when the 2nd blackout happens at approx 9.10, use the flashlight, enter the 3rd gallery, wait for 10-20 mins to go by i.e at time 9.30. Click the camera of the 3rd gallery it will produce a mirror theory about surveillance cameras, after that go outside to the 3-4 hallway click the window on the right and solve the puzzle. Once done come back to the 3rd gallery, a broken mirror is there, click the mirror and solve the puzzle. Afterwards pick the broken mirror and then click the statue in 3rd gallery. It will lead u to the basement.
