Need help after second blackout in first investigation

After the second blackout in the art gallery, I do not know what to do next. The second blackout occurred at 9:20 pm where footsteps were heard leading towards the third hall. That door is locked. I do not know how to proceed. Please help!!

The doors shouldn't be locked. :/ Go to the opporsite room and there should be a sparkling light above, and hints of someone around you. Then you must move to the statue in the corner on the right. And there's a secret passage. Etc.
