NCIS Attached Men Pt. 2 Hallway

Im in the hallway and after talking to lady and told suspect across street in bar, I don't know how to talk to him. I don't know if I should get out of hallway somehow and if so don't know how to do it, or if I should just wait for him to show up. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Not sure, but I think I clicked the stairway on the left to move the game along. Characters finally show up and the scene changes.
