The parts do not match the size. Rotate by clicking on each piece, then drag to the computer board. If the part matches the rotation, it will appear on the board. You can then drop the part and it will become part of the board.

The computer chip needs to be the correct polarity.
The fan will go on top of the computer chip after it has been installed.
The two parts that look similar are memory chips, they go in the top right quadrant.
Another part is a video card, it will go in the middle left hand side.
