I would like to know how the repair cost of a building is determined and what determines when the building is ready to be repaired again

The repairing cost is determined by the programeer. but the time to repaired is about 12 to 14 times the cash out of the facility. sometime you may found the true profit of the facility is about two times the cash amount while the rest goes to repair.
