Shoot the bottom switch first. It pushes the block down. Then shoot the top switch which will place the barrel on the block. Then shoot the barrel closest to you. Causes a chain reaction and kills them all.

Just like hit the bottom and the rest will move out of your way then you would hit the barrel and then when it blows up the zombies you are done
