I figured I had to get the barrel on the slope but what glass tile do I need to hit. The possible fire at teh barrell as it is in the air. Looking for a way to get this done

You have to time your bullet to hit the barrel as it falls off the first slope to throw it to the next one. You don't really aim for any glass tile.
