Aim problems in the middle of game

How do i disable that fast aim near my rockets? I dont even know how i enaed it at first, so when its enabled my aim pointer dont move alongside with my tank and i can hardly kill anything?

Try touching the center of the button for a short time, couple seconds to reset it
