Should i get the is-2 or is-3?

Should I get the IS-2 or IS-3?
I'm a general 4 star with my shell damage and shell reload fully upgraded, and I'm planning to get one of the IS tanks from my A.30 challenger, when I level up to commander in chief, but I don't know to take the IS-3's sight range but bad reload, or the IS-2's decent reload but bad gun sight. And when I take on higher ranks, I see a split between IS-2s and IS-3s. Which one should I get?

I would recommend the is 2 because its shell damage is a little better. also, there is an upgrade for tanks with bad gun sight

JS-3 is very effective at long range against King Tiger where it's optics count. In other words its much harder to kill a Super Heavy at close range esp. since the turret can't train fast enough to track (You don't want to get too close in any event IOT avoid flames). Both JS2 & JS3 benefit from the Fuel Upgrade and actually become competitive on the battlefield. To be most effective you'll want to screen your heavy tanks with lighter models and let the heavys pound the enemy from long range with explosive AP. Two-three shots and light tanks are toast with a JS3, allowing you to conserve expensive ammo.

Now that IS-2 is nerfed, IS-3 is the only possible choice.
