How do you get more mithrill without having to purchase with real money. There is an option to put in a code for the game. What is this for and are there any codes

If you have a phone, there are applications that you can download. You have to run them and some require you to get to a certain level. Once you do, then you receive a code for mithril. If you have a tablet or kindle it is of no use.
