Blade not complete
How to complete the blade?

Just finish first the rhomgard quest (killing the red dragon). then go back to the man you have left the tooth!

After defeating the dragon go to the town, talk to a guy who gave u the quest then he will say "the blade is not yet complete" The next thing to do is go to the portal that looks like a fountain(hahah in the first i thought it was)
