Wher do you find keys to open treasure huts?

If you have the boat you leave it in the harbor near elfheim, then pass the elfheim and go to south of the continent, enter the cave ,get the crown, thwn go bask to elfheim and go up to castle, fight astos, then go to cave north, above the first city, you'l find the cave on te map, talk to matoya, she'l give you the potion, then go to elfheim and wake up tha prince. he will give you the mystic key and with him you can open all the sealed doors.
