I heard about character convert from any gamer. my question is whether the character will converted it just one character or all at once?

@FFXXX: I want to talk about Citadel Of Trial on west of the "Hawk". If you already get Rat Tail on that place, go to Behamuth at Dragon Cave, and talk to him. And your party is changed into what I write:
Warrior= Knight
R.Mage= R.Wizard
Monk= Master
Thief= Ninja
B.Mage= B.Wizard
W.Mage= W.Wizard
