After elfhim u have to go to cave and find the crown and go to dark elf and bring crystal eye from him then go to mathyo cave and give to her. afterwards u will know everything

After giving the crystal eye to the witch.. she gave me powder.. im stuck.. where to go next? the canoe cannot sail on the canals maybe because of the current.. do i need another boat to sail on the other island?
